I. From the Perspective of the Product Itself

(I) Specification Parameters

  1. Rated Voltage: The rated voltage of this cable is 450/750V, and this parameter range is carefully designed to meet the needs of various medium and low-voltage power distribution scenarios. Among them, 450V is suitable for power supply of low-voltage equipment, such as some small industrial machinery and civil electrical appliances; 750V can cope with medium-voltage circuit transmission tasks, such as part of the main circuits of industrial production lines and power distribution trunks of commercial buildings. In actual operation, the working voltage of the cable is always controlled within the rated voltage range to ensure the stability and safety of power transmission and avoid problems such as insulation layer breakdown caused by excessive voltage.

  1. Conductor Specification: The conductor is made of high-purity stranded copper with a purity of over 99.95%. The high-purity copper ensures excellent conductivity, with a conductivity of more than 100% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), which can effectively reduce energy loss during current transmission. The cross-sectional area of the conductor is 60mm², and this specification endows it with strong current-carrying capacity. (IV) Production Process

  1. Copper Smelting and Drawing: First, high-purity copper raw materials are put into a melting furnace for smelting. The smelting temperature is controlled at 1100-1200℃ to remove impurities in the copper, and copper water with a purity of more than 99.95% is obtained. The copper water is made into copper rods with a diameter of 8mm through continuous casting process. After cooling, the copper rods enter the wire drawing process. During the drawing process, the copper rod is gradually drawn through multiple wire drawing dies with different apertures, and finally made into fine copper wires with a diameter of 0.6mm. The drawing speed is controlled at 8-10m/s, and the mold is cooled by water at the same time to ensure that the diameter of the copper wire is uniform, the surface is smooth, and there are no scratches, cracks and other defects. The drawn copper wire is annealed at 400-450℃ for 2-3 hours to eliminate the internal stress generated during the drawing process and improve the flexibility and ductility of the copper wire.

  1. Conductor Stranding: 250 fine copper wires with a diameter of 0.6mm are stranded at a pitch of 20-25mm by stranding equipment. The molten PVC material is evenly coated on the surface of the conductor through the die of the extruder. The size of the die is determined according to the thickness of the insulation layer and the diameter of the conductor to ensure that the thickness of the insulation layer reaches 1.5-1.8mm. The extrusion speed is matched with the traction speed of the conductor, controlled at 5-8m/min to ensure that the insulation layer is uniform. The extruded cable is cooled in a cooling water tank to make the insulation layer solidify quickly.

  1. Quality Inspection: Strict quality inspection procedures are set up in each link of the production process. After copper wire drawing, parameters such as diameter, tensile strength and elongation of the copper wire are tested; after conductor stranding, DC resistance, cross-sectional area and appearance of the conductor are tested; after insulation layer extrusion, thickness, insulation resistance, voltage resistance performance and flame retardant performance of the insulation layer are tested. The finished cable also needs to undergo bending test, wear test, aging test, etc. For example, in the withstand voltage test, the cable must not break down under 2000V voltage for 5 minutes; in the bending test, the cable is bent 180 degrees with a radius 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, and after 10 repetitions, the insulation layer has no cracks.

II. From the Perspective of General Product Information

(I) Packaging

  1. Packaging Materials: The cable uses high-strength plastic reels as the main packaging material. The plastic reels are made of polypropylene (PP), which has the characteristics of compression resistance, drop resistance and corrosion resistance, and can bear the weight of the cable and the impact force during transportation. The two ends of the reel are provided with metal flanges to enhance the strength of the reel. For coiled cables, first wrap a layer of moisture-proof paper, then wrap with plastic film. The moisture-proof paper can effectively prevent the cable from getting damp, and the plastic film plays the role of dust prevention and cable fixing. For cables with longer length and larger weight, a wooden frame is also put on the outside of the reel to further protect the cable from damage during transportation.

  1. Packaging Method: The cable is neatly wound on the plastic reel, and each layer must be tightly arranged without crossing or twisting. After winding, wrap the outer layer of the cable with moisture-proof paper, and the overlapping width of the moisture-proof paper is not less than 50mm. Then wrap the plastic film from one end of the reel to the other end, keeping appropriate tension during winding to ensure that the plastic film is closely attached to the cable. On the obvious position of the package, labels are used to mark the product name, model, specification (60mm², 450/750V), length, production date, batch number, execution standard, manufacturer name and contact information. For cables packaged with wooden frames, the frame and the reel are fixed with bolts to prevent the reel from shaking in the frame.

(II) Transportation

  1. Transportation Methods: According to the customer's geographical location and order quantity, select the appropriate transportation method. For short-distance transportation (such as within a radius of 500 kilometers), road transportation is adopted, and van trucks with rainproof and sun-proof facilities are selected. The bottom of the truck's carriage is paved with moisture-proof wooden boards to prevent the cables from getting damp. For long-distance transportation, railway transportation or water transportation is adopted. Railway transportation uses container transportation, and the container is kept dry and clean; water transportation stores the cables in the cabin, away from water sources and corrosive substances, and takes good fixing measures to prevent the cables from shaking and colliding during navigation. For emergency orders, air transportation can be adopted. During air transportation, it is necessary to comply with the airline's regulations on the weight and size of goods and specially package the cables.

  1. Transportation Precautions: During transportation, the cables should avoid severe collision, extrusion, exposure to the sun and rain. When loading, the cable reels should be placed horizontally, with the axis consistent with the driving direction of the vehicle, avoiding stacking too high. When stacking, wooden boards are placed between the upper and lower reels to prevent mutual extrusion. For cables packaged with wooden frames, the frames are fixed on the transport tool with steel wire ropes or fastening belts to ensure that they do not shift during transportation. During transportation, the cable should be avoided from contact with sharp objects to avoid damaging the insulation layer and packaging. At the same time, the temperature of the transportation environment should be controlled between -20℃ and 50℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85% to avoid extreme temperatures and humid environments affecting the performance of the cable.

  1. Transportation Tracking: The company cooperates with professional logistics companies to provide customers with full transportation tracking services. Customers can query the transportation location, transportation status and estimated arrival time of the cable by entering the waybill number through the logistics query system on the company's official website or the customer service hotline of the logistics company. If abnormal situations such as traffic jams and bad weather are encountered during transportation, the logistics company will timely communicate with customers and the company, explain the situation and adjust the transportation plan to ensure that the cables can arrive on time.

(III) Delivery

  1.
