    The 0.6/1 Kv XLPE insulated Axmk power cable is a series of high-performance cables suitable for low-voltage power distribution systems, covering various specifications such as 4X50mm², 4X70mm², 4X150mm², 4X185mm², 4X240mm², and 4X300mm². With cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation as its core advantage, it combines efficient transmission and stable operation characteristics, and is widely used in power distribution scenarios in industrial, commercial, and civil fields.​ In terms of specification parameters, this series of cables has a rated voltage of 0.6/1 Kv, which is compatible with low-voltage power distribution networks and meets the transmission needs of different power levels. The 4-core structure design (4X specification) is suitable for three-phase four-wire systems, where 3 cores are phase lines and 1 core is a neutral line, ensuring current balance and system stability. The current-carrying capacity of each specification increases with the increase of conductor cross-sectional area: 4X50mm² has a long-term current-carrying capacity of about 165A per core at 25℃, corresponding to a power of about 36.3kW; 4X70mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 200A, with a power of about 44kW; 4X150mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 310A, with a power of about 68.2kW; 4X185mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 360A, with a power of about 79.2kW; 4X240mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 420A, with a power of about 92.4kW; 4X300mm² has a current-carrying capacity of about 480A, with a power of about 105.6kW. The outer diameter of the cable increases with the specification. Taking 4X240mm² as an example, the outer diameter is about 60mm, the XLPE insulation layer thickness is about 2.0mm, and the sheath (usually PVC or LSZH) thickness is about 2.5mm. The overall structure is compact, with excellent mechanical strength and insulation performance. In addition, the cable's short-circuit withstand temperature can reach 250℃, and it has strong short-term overload capacity, ensuring power continuity in case of faults.​ In terms of materials and structure, the conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (purity ≥99.95%), which has excellent conductivity, low transmission loss, and good ductility, making it easy to bend and lay. The core insulation layer is made of XLPE material, which forms a three-dimensional network structure after cross-linking treatment. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (long-term working temperature 90℃), aging resistance, and high insulation resistance. Compared with traditional PVC insulation, it has significant improvements in electrical performance and temperature resistance. The sheath layer can be made of PVC or low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) materials according to application scenarios: PVC sheath has low cost and good corrosion resistance, suitable for general environments; LSZH sheath is low smoke and halogen-free when burned, suitable for densely populated places or places with high fire protection requirements. Some models may include steel tape or steel wire armoring to enhance mechanical protection, adapting to complex laying environments such as direct burial and pipe 穿.​ In terms of characteristic uses, relying on the high current-carrying capacity and stability of XLPE insulation, this series of cables performs well in medium and high-power scenarios. In the industrial field, specifications of 4X150mm² and above can be used for power supply of large equipment in factory workshops (such as injection molding machines, CNC machine tools), and 4X50mm² and 4X70mm² are suitable for power distribution of small and medium-sized motors and production lines; in commercial buildings, they serve as power distribution trunks to supply power to high-power equipment such as central air conditioners and elevators in shopping malls and office buildings; in municipal engineering, they can be used for urban power grid transformation and power transmission in underground pipe corridors, withstanding soil pressure and groundwater erosion; in the new energy field, such as low-voltage side power distribution of photovoltaic power stations and wind farms, they adapt to outdoor high and low temperature alternating environments. In addition, in places with high requirements for power reliability such as data centers and hospitals, their stable performance can ensure the uninterrupted operation of key equipment.​ Compared with similar cables, the advantage of the Axmk series lies in the high current-carrying capacity and temperature resistance brought by XLPE insulation, which can reduce the number of cable layings and lower installation costs; at the same time, the diversified specifications and sheath options can meet the customized needs of different scenarios.
