    The green-yellow single core earth cable (10-35mm²) is an international standard-compliant flexible grounding cable, featuring multi-stranded copper core (IEC 60228 Class 5) and a green-yellow Two-color insulation layer. It is compatible with H05V-K/H07V-K models, with a rated voltage of 300-750V, and is widely used in safety grounding systems of building electrical, industrial equipment, new energy facilities and other scenarios, providing a reliable path for fault current 导出 of electrical equipment and personnel.​ This series of cables covers four common specifications: 10mm², 16mm², 25mm², and 35mm². The conductors are all stranded by ultra-fine copper wires: 10mm² contains 34 strands of 0.6mm copper wires, 16mm² contains 49 strands of 0.64mm copper wires, 25mm² contains 60 strands of 0.73mm copper wires, and 35mm² contains 70 strands of 0.8mm copper wires. The multi-stranded fine copper wire stranded structure endows the cable with excellent flexibility (minimum bending radius is 6 times the outer diameter), which can easily pass through narrow spaces such as equipment gaps and bridge corners, especially suitable for grounding wiring in complex environments such as automated production lines and switch cabinets. The conductor purity is over 99.95%, and the conductivity is ≥100% IACS. At 30℃, the current-carrying capacity of 10mm² is 85A, and that of 35mm² is 135A, which can quickly conduct fault current into the ground, reducing the risk of electrification of the equipment shell.​ The insulation layer is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials with different temperature resistance levels: H05V-K type is resistant to -25℃ to 70℃, H07V-K type is resistant to -25℃ to 90℃, and the insulation thickness increases with the specification (10mm² is 0.8mm, 35mm² is 1.2mm). The volume resistivity of the insulation layer is ≥1×10¹⁴Ω・cm, and it passes the 2500V/5min voltage withstand test without breakdown, effectively blocking current leakage. The green-yellow two-color insulation strictly follows the international grounding identification standards, which can be quickly distinguished from phase wires and neutral wires, avoiding misconnection during construction. At the same time, the insulation material has oil resistance and weather resistance, which can resist industrial oil pollution, ultraviolet rays and humid environment erosion. The flame retardant performance reaches UL 94 V-2 level, and the self-extinguishing speed after encountering an open flame is ≤60 seconds, reducing the risk of fire spread.​ The stranded structure conforming to IEC 60228 Class 5 standard enables the cable to have both flexibility and mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of ≥12MPa and an elongation at break of ≥150%, which can withstand frequent bending and vibration (in line with IEC 60228 vibration test standards). The difference between H05V-K and H07V-K models lies in the temperature resistance range: H05V-K is suitable for normal temperature environments (such as commercial buildings), and H07V-K is suitable for high-temperature scenarios (such as boiler rooms, photovoltaic inverter cabins).​ In practical applications, 10-16mm² specifications are often used for residential distribution boxes and small motor grounding; 25-35mm² are suitable for high-power equipment such as large transformers, wind turbine towers, and charging pile groups. In new energy vehicle charging stations, 35mm² cables can connect the metal shell of the charging pile to the grounding grid to ensure that leakage current is quickly export during charging; in data centers, 16mm² cables are used to connect server cabinets to grounding busbars to ensure the safe operation of IT equipment.​ The production process follows the ISO 9001 quality management system throughout. From copper wire drawing, stranding to insulation extrusion, all are automated. Each batch of products passes more than 20 tests such as conductor resistance, insulation resistance, and aging resistance, with CE certification and factory reports, ensuring compliance with EU and domestic grounding system specifications.
