With precise specification parameters, high-quality material technology and wide scene adaptability, it plays an important role in industrial, commercial and civil power distribution systems. In terms of specifications, the identifier "3X1X50mm²" contains clear technical implications: "3X1" indicates that the cable consists of 3 individually insulated single-core conductors forming a triple-core structure, which is suitable for three-phase AC 380V power systems. The production of the cable follows strict quality control standards throughout, from raw material inspection to finished product testing, all in line with the ISO9001 system requirements: electrolytic copper must pass spectrum analysis to ensure that the impurity content is ≤0.005%; after 100℃×168 hours thermal aging test, the tensile strength retention rate of the PVC insulation layer is ≥85%; the finished product must pass multiple tests such as DC resistance (≤0.383Ω/km), power frequency withstand voltage, and insulation resistance, with the ex-factory pass rate stable above 99.6%, fully complying with IEC 60228, GB/T 5023 and other domestic and foreign standards.
