Core Material Composition
Conductor: High-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%) is used, and it is stranded with multiple fine Copper Wires (Class 2 conductor structure). The number of strands and wire diameter are optimized and proportioned - it is concentrically stranded with 37 strands of φ2.9mm copper wires. It not only ensures conductive performance (conductivity ≥58MS/m) but also improves flexibility (not easy to break when bent), which is convenient for laying in limited spaces.
Insulation Layer: Temperature-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material is selected, with an insulation thickness of ≥2.0mm. The PVC Insulation layer has good dielectric properties, with a stable dielectric constant, which can effectively block current leakage. The long-term operating temperature is -15℃ to 70℃, which can adapt to most indoor and outdoor environments. It also has strong chemical corrosion resistance and can resist erosion by general industrial dust and water vapor.
Sheath: Flame-retardant PVC material is used, with a sheath thickness of ≥2.5mm, and antioxidants and weathering agents are added. The oxygen index of the sheath is ≥30% (in line with GB/T 2406.2 flame retardant Class 1 standard), and the flame spread speed is slow when burning. At the same time, it has wear resistance and UV resistance, and can resist aging caused by direct sunlight when laid outdoors.

Key Production Processes
Conductor Stranding: A cage stranding machine is used, with a stranding pitch of 35-40 times the conductor diameter to ensure structural stability; the copper wire is annealed before stranding (temperature 400-450℃) to improve flexibility;
Insulation Extrusion: A Φ90 extruder is used, the melting temperature of PVC material is 160-180℃, the extrusion speed is 15m/min, and the insulation thickness is monitored in real-time by an online thickness gauge (deviation ≤±0.1mm);
Cabling Process: The three cores are arranged symmetrically at 120° on the cabling machine, and after filling with polypropylene ropes, they are wrapped with non-woven fabric (to prevent the filling layer from loosening), and the cabling pitch is ≤40 times the cable diameter;
Sheath Extrusion: A Φ120 extruder is used to extrude the sheath synchronously, the cooling water temperature is 20-30℃ (to avoid sheath cracking caused by sudden cooling), and after extrusion, it is tested for pinhole defects by a spark tester (15kV voltage).
Quality Inspection Standards
Electrical performance: Conductor resistance, insulation resistance, withstand voltage test, partial discharge capacity;
Mechanical performance: Sheath tensile strength, insulation elongation at break, bending test (no cracks after bending);
Environmental adaptability: Ozone resistance test (no cracks for 72h at 200ppm concentration), heat aging test (performance retention rate ≥80% after 80℃×168h).

Transportation Specifications
Road transportation: Use a fence truck with a length of more than 6.8m, and the load of a single vehicle does not exceed 5 reels (total weight ≤2.5t); the cable reels are placed flat and fixed, bound to the carriage with Φ12mm steel wire ropes (5mm thick rubber pads are placed at the contact points), and a 30cm gap is left between the reels to prevent friction;
Loading and unloading requirements: Lifting equipment (lifting capacity ≥1t) must be used to lift from the center of the reel shaft. Oblique lifting is prohibited (inclination angle ≤15°); when landing, put it down gently to avoid cable loosening caused by impact;
Extreme weather: During rainy days, the goods must be covered with a rain cloth (waterproof grade ≥PU2000mm). When the temperature is high (≥35℃), avoid direct sunlight (a sunshade net can be covered).

Delivery Process
Order processing: Confirm the inventory within 1 working day after receiving the order (2000m of regular specifications are in stock). In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours, and customized requirements (such as colored sheaths) have a production cycle of 10-15 days;
Logistics selection: Send special line logistics within 500km (arrival in 2-3 days), and send full truckload transportation for more than 500km (arrival in 4-5 days); provide logistics tracking numbers and real-time tracking links, and send SMS to notify the recipient 24 hours before arrival;
Receiving tips: A "Receiving Guide" is attached with the goods, which clarifies the acceptance points such as "checking the integrity of the package, verifying the length mark, and confirming no obvious damage".

Quality Commitment
Warranty period: 2 years (from the date of delivery). If non-human quality problems (such as insulation breakdown, sheath cracking) occur within the warranty period, the same specification cable will be replaced for free and the round-trip freight will be borne;
Responsibility definition: For damages caused by improper laying (such as too small bending radius) and overload (current >400A), paid maintenance (material fee + labor fee) is provided, and the charging standard is transparent (attached with "Maintenance Price List").
Problem Handling
Response time: Respond within 2 hours during working hours (8:00-18:00) and within 4 hours during non-working hours;
Solutions: For slight sheath damage (≤5mm²), a repair kit (including special PVC tape and sealant) is provided; for serious problems (such as insulation damage), replacement is arranged within 48 hours (urgent orders are prioritized for production);
On-site support: When technical personnel need to be present, they will arrive within 24 hours in adjacent provinces and within 48 hours in remote areas (travel expenses are borne by the supplier).

Technical support: Provide "Current-Carrying Capacity Comparison Table" (including current correction values under different laying methods) and "Laying Construction Drawings" (including parameters such as bending radius and fixed spacing);
Installation guidance: Provide free wiring videos (including insulation layer stripping and terminal head production steps), and can recommend cooperative construction teams (need to make an appointment 3 days in advance);
