  1. Conductor Manufacturing

First, the aluminum raw materials are screened to select aluminum ingots that meet the requirements of purity and performance. The aluminum ingots are made into aluminum rods through smelting, billet casting and other processes. The quality of aluminum rods directly affects the performance of subsequent conductors. The aluminum rod is drawn into Aluminum Wires with appropriate diameter through wire drawing equipment. During the wire drawing process, it is necessary to control the wire drawing speed and mold precision to ensure that the diameter of the Aluminum Wire is uniform and the surface is smooth.
Subsequently, multiple aluminum wires are stranded to form a 16mm² conductor according to a specific stranding method. After stranding, the conductor is annealed to eliminate internal stress and enhance the flexibility of the conductor.
  1. Inner PVC Insulation Layer Extrusion

The PVC Insulation Material is pretreated to remove impurities and moisture. The treated material is sent to the extruder and melted and plasticized at high temperature. The molten PVC material is evenly coated on the surface of the aluminum conductor through an extrusion die to form an inner insulation layer.
During the extrusion process, it is necessary to accurately control the extrusion temperature, pressure and speed to ensure that the insulation layer has a uniform thickness, is closely combined with the conductor, and has no defects such as bubbles and pinholes. The thickness of the insulation layer must meet the design requirements to ensure good insulation performance.
  1. Steel Tape Armoring

Steel tape armoring is carried out on the cable core covered with the inner insulation layer. First, the steel tape is pretreated, such as derusting and coating with anti-corrosion layer, to improve its corrosion resistance. Then, the steel tape is wrapped around the cable core at a certain overlap rate through an armoring machine to form a continuous armor layer.
During the wrapping process, it is necessary to control the tension and wrapping angle of the steel tape to ensure that the armor layer is tight and flat without loosening or wrinkles. The overlap rate of the steel tape must meet the standard, generally not less than 15%, to ensure the integrity and protection effect of the armor layer.
  1. Outer PVC Sheath Extrusion

The extrusion of the outer PVC sheath is similar to that of the inner insulation layer. The PVC sheath material is pretreated and then sent to the extruder for melting, and then coated on the steel tape armor layer through a die. It is necessary to control the process parameters to make the sheath layer have uniform thickness, smooth surface and close combination with the armor layer.
The sheath layer must completely cover the armor layer without missing wrapping or damage, so as to play a good protective role. After extrusion, the cable is cooled and shaped to ensure the stable shape of the sheath layer.
  1. Finished Product Inspection

The finished product inspection is the final link of production, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, electrical performance test and mechanical performance test. The appearance inspection checks whether the sheath is smooth and free of damage and whether the armor layer is flat; the dimension measurement checks whether the conductor cross-sectional area, insulation layer thickness, armor layer thickness and cable outer diameter meet the requirements; the electrical performance test includes insulation resistance and voltage withstand test; the mechanical performance test detects the tensile resistance, impact resistance and other properties of the cable.   1. Packaging Materials

The cable is packaged with cable reels, which are divided into wooden and steel types. Wooden cable reels have relatively low cost and are suitable for short-distance transportation and general storage scenarios; steel cable reels have higher strength and stronger bearing capacity, and are suitable for long-distance transportation and multiple turnovers.

  1. Transportation Methods
