In the conductor manufacturing link, first, high-purity copper raw materials are smelted to remove impurities, and then made into copper rods through continuous casting process. The copper rod is drawn into Copper Wire with the required diameter through wire drawing treatment. During the wire drawing process, the drawing speed and die size need to be accurately controlled to ensure the uniform diameter of the copper wire. After that, multiple copper wires are stranded according to certain rules to form a core with the required cross-sectional area. Core stranding is to strand four cores (three phase wires and one neutral wire) according to a certain pitch. During the stranding process, it is necessary to ensure the stable relative position between the cores to avoid mutual friction and extrusion. (I) Packaging
