  • Sheath: The sheaths of Nayy, Na2xy, Na2xoh, and Bt are all polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The PVC Sheath has good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, which can protect the internal insulation layer and conductor from external damage. The sheath of Na2xy also contains a steel tape armor layer. The steel tape is made of high-quality low-carbon steel with a thickness of about 0.3-0.5mm, which further enhances the cable's resistance to mechanical damage. The sheath of Hn3353 is made of high-temperature resistant PVC material, which can maintain stable performance in high-temperature environments.

  1. Style

(4) Production Process

The production processes of Nayy, Na2xy, Na2xoh, Hn3353, and Bt aluminum core power cables have similarities and differences due to model characteristics.
First, in the manufacture of conductors, high-purity aluminum rods are drawn into Aluminum Wires of the required diameter through a wire drawing machine, and then annealed to eliminate internal stress in the Aluminum Wires and enhance their flexibility. After that, according to the requirements of different cross-sectional areas, multiple aluminum wires are stranded to form a conductor. During the stranding process, the stranding pitch is strictly controlled to ensure the roundness and stability of the conductor.
In the extrusion of the insulation layer, Nayy and Bt cables add PVC particles into the extruder, heat them to a molten state (temperature about 150-170℃), and uniformly extrude and coat them on the surface of the conductor through a mold to form an insulation layer. Na2xy, Na2xoh, and Hn3353 use XLPE insulation. XLPE particles are heated to a molten state (temperature about 120-180℃) and extruded and coated on the surface of the conductor. After extrusion, the insulation layers of Na2xy and Hn3353 are cross-linked, usually by dry cross-linking, so that XLPE molecules form a three-dimensional network structure; the insulation layer of Na2xoh is added with oil-resistant additives before extrusion, without additional cross-linking treatment.
For Na2xy cables, after the insulation layer is extruded, a steel tape armoring process is also required. High-quality low-carbon steel tape is wrapped around the outside of the insulation layer through an armoring machine, and the wrapping tension and overlap rate are controlled to ensure that the armor layer is closely attached to the insulation layer, enhancing the cable's resistance to mechanical damage.
In the cabling and sheath extrusion links, single-Core Cables do not require a cabling process and directly perform sheath extrusion. The corresponding sheath material (PVC or high-temperature resistant PVC) is heated and melted, and then extruded and coated on the outside of the insulation layer or armor layer through an extruder to form a sheath. During the extrusion process, the temperature, speed, and pressure are controlled to ensure that the sheath has a uniform thickness, a smooth surface, and is closely combined with the internal structure. When extruding the sheath of Bt cable, the sheath thickness is controlled through a special mold to achieve a thin-walled design.

(1) Packaging

To ensure the quality of 0.6/1 Kv Nayy, Na2xy, Na2xoh, Hn3353, Bt aluminum core power cables during transportation and storage, the packaging method is carefully designed.
For long-length cables, they are usually wound on steel cable reels. The diameter of the cable reel depends on the cable specification. (3) Delivery

We will communicate with the customer in advance to clarify the delivery time to ensure that the customer can reasonably arrange subsequent work.

Delivery process: Warehouse personnel accurately pick cables of corresponding specifications, models, and lengths according to the order information, and conduct strict checks to ensure that the product information is consistent with the order.
