The 240V AC Nayy Na2xy 4-core 95 square millimeter aluminum cable is a power cable with a rated voltage of 1kv, specially designed for lightning protection. With its unique structure and performance, it is widely used in lighting systems requiring lightning protection and related power transmission scenarios, such as large outdoor squares, external lighting of high-rise buildings, street lamp systems in industrial parks, etc.
The cable adopts a 4-core 95 square millimeter aluminum conductor structure, and the conductor is made of high-purity aluminum material (purity ≥99.5%) through a compact stranding process. This process not only improves the filling density of the conductor, reduces the skin effect loss during current transmission, but also enhances the flexibility of the cable, making it easier to lay in complex environments. At 20℃, the DC resistance of a single-core conductor is ≤0.32Ω/km, and the low resistance characteristic ensures the efficiency of power transmission, which can meet the power demand of high-power lighting equipment.
The insulation layer is made of special materials that meet the Nayy Na2xy standard, with excellent electrical insulation performance and weather resistance. The volume resistivity is ≥1×10¹³Ω·cm, and the insulation strength is ≥18kV/mm, which can work stably in the ambient temperature range of -40℃ to 70℃. Its excellent insulation performance can effectively prevent leakage, ensure the safety of power transmission, and resist the erosion of external environmental factors on the internal structure of the cable.
To achieve the lightning protection function, the cable has been specially optimized in structural design, with a certain ability to withstand impulse voltage. It can withstand the instantaneous high voltage impact generated during lightning strikes, reducing the damage of lightning to connected lighting equipment. The outer sheath is made of aging-resistant and UV-resistant materials, with a uniform thickness of ≥2.0mm, a tensile strength of ≥10MPa, and an elongation at break of ≥120%. It can effectively protect the internal structure of the cable from mechanical damage, UV radiation and chemical corrosion, and prolong the service life of the cable.
In terms of current-carrying capacity, the cable performs excellently. The current-carrying capacity is about 210A when laid in air and about 170A when laid underground, which can meet the simultaneous operation needs of multiple groups of high-power lamps in large lighting systems. Its minimum bending radius is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable, which is convenient for laying and installation in narrow spaces or complex terrains, adapting to different wiring environments.
The production process strictly follows relevant standards, with a complete quality control system from raw material inspection to finished product testing. The finished products need to pass multiple tests such as power frequency withstand voltage (3kV/5min without breakdown), insulation resistance test, impulse voltage resistance test, mechanical performance test, etc., to ensure that the product quality meets the strict requirements of lightning protection and power transmission, and provides reliable power support for various lighting systems requiring lightning protection.
